Hospice seeks to provide comfort and support to terminally
ill individuals and their families. At Nesconset Nursing Center this care is provided by a certified Hospice Agency which works closely with our staff.
Through this holistic program, the emotional, physical and spiritual needs of
each individual are addressed and met by a team of specially trained professionals.
